Heather Massari is born and raised in the Antelope Valley. She has worked at Vinsa Insurance Associates, in Lancaster, since 2015 and currently resides in the AV with her husband and children.    Along with serving on the board for the Antelope Valley Chambers of Commerce, Heather has previously held postions on the board for the High Desert Runners Club and Lancaster Chamber of Commerce (before merging with Palmdale Chamber of Commerce to become the AV Chambers of Commerce). She has also volunteered for and supports many of the local non-profits, small businesses and school districts.  Heather’s goals and mission align with the AV Chambers in continuing to support the growth of the economy in the AV by supporting the exising businesses and providing resources to the new businesses to help them flourish. It is very important that everyone is aware of the everchanging laws and tools available to help their business thrive and to adapt to different demographics and consumers. The AV is important to Heather as she raises her children here and wants to make sure they and other children are surrounded by positive influences and a budding community. There have been many great successes within the AV Chambers and she hopes to continue to be invovled in many more. Heather is thankful for the nomination to continue serving the AV community throught the AV Chambers as the chamber continues to provide education, guidance and mentorship to all businesses in the AV.
