Kirk Hartley has been a resident of Palmdale since 1989.  He moved here from Huntington Beach. He has had many different careers, including Health Care Administration, New Construction Supervision, Private Mortgage Banking.  Presently, in this season of his life, he continues to be an active entrepreneur.  After 30 years in the Real Estate business, he is presently a Realtor for eXp Realty of California, an International Real Estate Company. 

 Kirk has always had the ability to speak publicly on diverse topics. He has designed and facilitated many seminars, workshops, on a variety of topics. He led a multimillion-dollar conference for the Building Industry of Southern California, the BIS Show, which is still active annually today. As a leader in his field, he has mentored many individuals, assisting them in achieving their dreams, goals, and aspirations in their business and personal lives.

He presently is a member of Toastmasters' International. His home club is here in Lancaster: Shoptalk Toastmasters, a 27-year-old club. He is the Area A3 Director for Toastmasters' International, overseeing 5 different clubs in the area.  He also has been a requested Emcee at various functions throughout California.

He brings the ability to provide a meaningful experience for all participants in various settings. His humor, integrity and professionalism allow him to enjoy everyday life as a Christian, Husband, Father, and Grandfather.
