Cherie Payne is a multifaceted entrepreneur. With over 35 years in the beauty industry, Cherie's true passion lies in enhancing the beauty of everyone, she encounters. As a 27-year resident in the city of Palmdale, she has established her brand, Renue Artistry Salon, as a staple, in the community.

As a beauty expert, Cherie goes beyond hair styling, by empowering her clients, with more than an education for maintaining fresh and healthy hair. She also focuses on internal beauty, healing, as well as external enhancements. Renue Artistry Salon does just that, Renue-ing more than just the external, but the WHOLE.

Cherie is driven by a profound desire to create unity in her community. In addition to running a full-service salon, Cherie has been an event planner, educator, author, active AV Chambers member, and Ambassador. 

As an AV Chambers of Commerce Ambassador since 2022, she actively supports other businesses and community events and seeks networking opportunities, to bridge gaps and to be a beacon for unity. Cherie firmly believes that when she succeeds, others do too. Cherie feels that mutual success benefits everyone and the greater world, at large.

For Cherie, health, beauty, and unity are of utmost importance. When she's not managing her day, today, you can find her hiking to the top of various mountains and trails, as an avid hiker. It is in these moments, that she experiences a profound sense of clarity, peace, tranquility, and creativity. Cherie has always been a natural-born leader, showcasing her leadership qualities throughout her endeavors.

If allowed to serve on the Board of Directors, Cherie will be dedicated to contributing innovative ideas that will enhance and benefit our community. She believes in the power of collaboration and strategic planning to drive positive change for growth. As a board member, she will be committed to actively engaging with stakeholders, listening to diverse perspectives, and working toward sustainable solutions that align with the AV Chambers of Commerce's mission and values. Together, she knows we can make a meaningful impact and create a brighter future for our community.
