Pamela's Bio

Pamela Heller has been a conference and workshop speaker for over 40 years. She currently teaches foster and relative caregivers at Los Angeles Trade Technical College and Antelope Valley College. Her specialty is teaching the Psychological and Medical pre-service curriculums which consist of specific information assisting caregivers on how to parent special needs children who have been placed in out-of-home care by the Department of Children and Family Services.

Mrs. Heller has three earned degrees and one honorary degree - a BA degree in Sociology from the UC San Diego, La Jolla, CA, an MS in Human Services from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA., and a PhD in Spiritual Counseling from Aenon Bible College, Carson, CA. She has an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities from ElBon Solution College of Ministry, Victorville, CA.

She currently works at Antelope Valley Partners for Health as a Program Manager for the Relative Home Assessment Services grant and the Relative Support Services Kinship grant. These two programs are funded through DCFS and administered in the City of Palmdale & Lancaster.

She has three children, Frances Turner (Victor), Armond Brown, and Danielle Heller (by marriage). Armond transitioned to Glory in April 2019. Frances and Victor live in Arizona and Danielle lives here in Lancaster.

In 2017, she married Bishop Charles Heller. They both oversee a thriving ministry here in Lancaster, Kingdom Life Fellowship Church. Our vision & mission is to be community-minded and serve those who need mental and spiritual guidance. After our son’s transition, we started a community-based organization in his honor, the Armond V Brown Enhancement Foundation which serves the disenfranchised and marginalized children and families of our community by offering social-emotional classes, food giveaways, back-pack events, and Toys4Tots Christmas events. As a surrendered servant, whatever God has for her to do, her answer will be YES!
